As a native of Michigan, Joe began his journey with Northwestern Mutual through the college internship program in the fall of 2003. After graduating with a finance degree from Saginaw Valley State University, he officially launched his practice as a financial advisor in January 2004. Initially establishing his practice in the greater Detroit area, Joe later relocated to Gilbert, Arizona, in October 2007. For over two decades, Joe has found joy in serving his clients, assisting them in defining and achieving their financial planning goals and aspirations. Currently, Joe holds the position of Managing Director at the Northwestern Mutual office in Gilbert, alongside serving as a Private Wealth Advisor and Partner at WealthTower Capital Partners.

Joe now resides in Queen Creek with his wife, Sarah, and their two daughters Makenna and Brielle. His faith and family are the most important things in his life, and he lives with the purpose of serving and loving others, aiming to be a positive light for everyone he encounters. Joe and Sarah are active members of Sun Valley Community Church. Joe has been invited to speak on leadership and success within his industry at various conferences nationwide. Beyond his professional pursuits, Joe and his family love outdoor activities as well as playing and attending sporting events. They remain die-hard (and long suffering) Detroit Lions fans and have also become season ticket holders and avid supporters of the Phoenix Suns.

Tom has been serving in the financial services industry since 1981 and was the Senior Investment Specialist in Arizona from 1988-2012. Now, he continues his career as Partner and Private Wealth Advisor with WealthTower Capital Partners, where his mission is to help clients attain financial security for their families and businesses. Tom believes in preparing clients for various situations, both favorable and challenging, and he prioritizes building long-term relationships founded on quality service and integrity.

Tom holds many designations including Certified Financial Planner™ professional, Chartered Financial Consultant® (CHFC®), Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®), Chartered Advisor for Senior Living® (CASL®). Outside of work, Tom enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending quality time with his wife, Carol, along with their two children and seven grandchildren.

Thaddeus is deeply passionate about building trusting relationships and delivering lasting value. With over seven years with Northwestern Mutual, he has helped clients to realize and prioritize their personal, professional, and financial goals, ensuring that the highest level of financial security is achieved. Thaddeus’ mission as Partner and Private Wealth Advisor with WealthTower Capital Partners is to establish a secure foundation for his clients so that their financial solutions remain strong and adaptable to life’s constant changes. He takes pride in holding his clients to a higher level of accountability, allowing families to focus on what truly matters. Thaddeus lives in Chandler, Arizona with his wife of 16 years, Elizabeth, and their four beautiful children, Mackenzie, Kaylee, Payton, and Jordan, whom they love spending time with.

Adam, originally from Montana, discovered his second home in Arizona while pursuing his education at Arizona State University, where he met his wife, Jessica. Together, they have built a fulfilling life in the East Valley with their two children. With over a decade of experience at Northwestern Mutual, Adam has honed his expertise in financial planning and holds key FINRA licenses, including Series 6, 63, and 7. He is also recognized as a Certified Financial Planner ™ professional and Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®). Adam's passion lies in helping clients define their financial objectives and crafting tailored strategies to achieve them. Beyond his professional commitments, Adam dedicates his time to community service, actively participating in his church, and supporting organizations like Children’s Cancer Network and Habitat for Humanity. In his leisure moments, Adam cherishes family time, indulges in golf outings, and enjoys playing pickleball.

Tyler joined Northwestern Mutual in 2016, initially serving in the supervision and compliance department before transitioning to his current role as an Associate Private Wealth Advisor. With licenses including FINRA Series 7, 9, 10 and 66, as well as holding his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) designations, Tyler brings a wealth of expertise to WealthTower Capital Partners. Originally from Chandler, Arizona, Tyler has spent most of his life in the area, briefly residing in Ohio where he graduated from Ohio State University. He enjoys all things sports related and traveling with his wife, Janelle.

Teresa has been with Northwestern Mutual since 2018 and achieved her Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) designation in 2022. She finds great fulfillment within her role, embodying the values of integrity and client -centeredness to ensure that every interaction is welcoming and supportive. Originally from Indiana, Teresa has become deeply rooted in Arizona over the past decade. In her free time, she prioritizes creating memories with her husband, Keenan, and their son, Kaden. Whether they are exploring scenic hikes, enjoying trips to Disneyland, or escaping to the pines up north, family adventures are a priority. Additionally, Teresa is an avid Notre Dame football fan and can be found cheering them on every Saturday in the fall.
